Cherry Berry

After getting my new phone ( soooooo excited) we took the kids to Cherry Berry. Yummo! If you haven't been yet I suggest you try it as soon as possible.

My fav? Birthday Cake. Tastes just like vanilla cake batter. I can't stop thinking about it.

Jerry was very upset that he didn't plan his out ( I've been telling him for five years he needs to be a better planner!). He needed more room for his toppings.

The kids had a variety of flavors with soapy toppings I am not sure how hey could keep their flavors straight.

I can't wait to go back. Have I mentioned I love my phone?

Lent....

40 days of giving something up. That is how I have always looked at this time of year. This year I am not even going to attempt to give anything up. My brain doesn't work that way. Or maybe I just don't have willpower.

This year I am going to try to do more....my GOAL is to work out every single day of lent. I will keep all 3 of you that read this updated.

Deb and I went tonight and it was actually so nice we walked outside! So fun to have somebody to go with!

85 years...

My grandma turned 85 today. I called to wish her a happy day. I asked her how she was today and didn't get the response I anticipated.

"I could be better."

At this point I was thinking.....did she fall? Did something happen to Grandpa? Who died???

No, it was none of those things. She was just mad that it was only a high of 81 degrees today.

But, I guess at 85 you deserve whatever you wish for.

is the pits. I sure hope someday it pays off.

Well...I am doubting I will get to number 29.....but you never know! This week has been crazy busy...basketball for Mason on Monday. Tuesday was piano for Larkin and Alex and Wednesday I had class. Tonight was a girl scout event for Larkin and Bennett was able to join us! Super fun!!

On top of everything I have been going to some classes at the YMCA....and tonight I am so sore I can barely move! Here's to hoping I have something more interesting to post soon.

I was able to spend Saturday shopping with Sara, Tara and Becca. We went to Charming Charlies, HomeGoods/TJ Maxx, and Albertville.   After we got back to St. Cloud  Tara had to take off but the rest of us made another TJ Maxx run and then went for dinner at LaCasita. 

So many deals, so many laughs. I couldn't have asked for a better day. 

Catholic Schools Week

This post makes two points. Catholic Schools week at St. Katharine Drexel was a success and I need an iPhone. This blackberry isn't cutting it anymore for pictures.

Tuesday was Groovy Smoothy Day. Kids were sporting their tie-dye and face paint.

And by far, the worst picture that has been posted anywhere by anyone on any blog. But, that person right up there reading in front of the church is Larkin. I was amazed how well she did--so clear and confident. Way to go Larkin!
