Starting to See the End....

Five classes, one (hopefully only one) more revision of a paper, an hour-long presentation, three signatures and I will have my master's degree.....December 14th can't get here soon enough! I am not sure who is more excited: the kids, Jerry, or me!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah....did I mention I am starting the admin program in January???

A new name!

Why the new name (all six of you reading) may ask....well, our lives really aren't crazy. Yes, busy but not crazy. And the definition for crazy is

• brainsick: affected with madness or insanity; "a man who had gone mad"( I SURE HOPE I AM NOT BRAINSICK)
  
• foolish; totally unsound; "a crazy scheme"; "half-baked ideas"; "a screwball proposal without a prayer of working"(I HAVE NEVER BEEN HALF-BAKED...FOR REAL!)
  
• possessed by inordinate excitement; "the crowd went crazy"; "was crazy to try his new bicycle"(I AM NOT VERY DARING)
  
• bizarre or fantastic; "had a crazy dream"; "wore a crazy hat"(I DON'T WANT TO BE CLASSIFIED AS BIZARRE)
  
• someone deranged and possibly dangerous (I PROMISE YOU I CAN GET MAD, BUT NEVER DANGEROUS)
  
• intensely enthusiastic about or preoccupied with; "crazy about cars and racing"; (AND YES I AM ENTHUSIASTIC WITH LIFE, CRAZY JUST DOESN'T FIT ME)

And like the title reads......I am trying to keep up. I hope you all continue reading...and hopefully I will be better at keeping up with the blog!

Looooooooonnng Week!

This week has seemed to drrrraaaagggg on forrrrreeeeevvvvveeerrrrrr. I am really looking forward to the weekend and a three day work week next week! Whahoo! Jerry is heading out 'west' this weekend, so of course I made it my mission to make one (or two) Goodwill Runs! It is always easier when the weather is nice.....so I am hoping it stays that way! I have lots to accomplish this weekend...hope I can get some of the following completed before Sunday evening!

1. Attend Mason's Cross Country Meet
2. Watch Larkin's basketball practice
3. Go to Alex's football game
4. Attend Boldt's "Star Party" with Sara and the kids (including Becca and Joe!)
5. Take summer clothes out of all drawers and closets and replace with winter clothing
6. Join the YMCA
7. Finish decorating for fall
8. Find Halloween costumes for the kids
9. Make Larkin's birthday cake (FINALLY!)
10. Catch up on laundry(I might be shooting for the stars here!)
11. Start a book
12. Watch the vacuum cleaner DVD (pathetic I know)
13. Relax?!?!

I am thankful....

for many things, including(and yes some of them are trivial, but I am still thankful...and there is no order to any of this). God. My husband. The Vangsness Family. The Rademacher Family. It is just one of those days.....I need to remember I have much to be thankful for....and I am truly fortunate to be living the life I do.
